VOYA Delivery Details
We deliver Australia & New Zealand wide, safely and securely using Australia Post.
All parcels are tracked, you will receive communication from VOYA once your order has been passed to Australia Post. This email communication will contain a tracking code. This tracking code should be quoted to Australia Post concerning any issues encountered with delivery.
We will endeavour to deliver the Products you order to you within the timeframe outlined below, where this is practical. However, Products on our site are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control and consequently, any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or not supplying those Products to you.
Please be aware that any parcels returned to us due to non-collection will be subject to additional postage charges for resending Products. Charges for deliveries are calculated individually for each order and are added at the checkout.
Deliveries are made during working days only.
Typical delivery times for orders from the date of order dispatch are*:
New South Wales: 2 Working Days
Victoria/Queensland/South Australia/Canberra: 2 – 3 Working Days
Tasmania/Northern Territory/Western Australia: 3 – 7 Working Days
The abovementioned delivery times are estimates only and deliveries may take longer than stated times above.
Delivery times are calculated based on the date the order is dispatched from the VOYA warehouse.
During peak promotional periods, i.e. Black Friday Weekend and the Christmas Holiday Period, there may be some delays concerning delivery times.
Deliveries are made during working days only – there are no weekend deliveries.
*2023 Holiday Closure Dates
Our warehouse is closed from Tuesday 19th December 2023 reopening on 2nd January 2023. All orders made after 2pm on Monday 18th December will be processed and shipped on Tuesday 2nd January.

Free delivery for Australian orders is offered for purchases over $95.
